Richard and his team really do set the standard for car bodywork. Work was completed on insurance, Hodson Ford provided an exceptional and thorough service. From the initial assessment to the car being completed - it was a top notch service. I was kept well informed at all times through texts and an online portal; and a health check was even completed on the car - which raised a bulge on the offside tyre, which I’d never have noticed if it wasn’t for them. The courtesy car provided was a Toyota Aygo, clean with no concerns. Professionalism at its finest and it’s evident the company runs to a high standard to truly please the customer.
